PIG SHOW

As we were headed to the truck tonight after walking around the fair we walked through the hog building - it was around 9p.m. A young girl was walking her pig to the center show ring. Her name was Gensley - she is 3 1/2 years old. Her dad said it is her turn at night to show her pig (she has 3 older brothers) - she did awesome!!! She asks "Who is going to watch me?" We stuck around to watch - & she even gave me some pointers :)

Mom was pretty impressed - she thought I was a natural! THANKS for the great experience Gensley :) See you next year - I will come watch you show again :)

I got to help haul hay today!!!!

I would tell Papa Richard where to put the bales :)

CLAY COUNTY FAIR

YEAH - it's fair time!!!! Dad had to work at the Pioneer booth all day today so Mom & I walked around........

I had some fun with my Fisher cousins :)

Checked out ALL the green machines - hold on Gramp Richard!!!

Luke loves the color blue - so yes we looked at the blue tractors too.

We checked on Dad a couple of times - I tried to help out!!!! Mom says I looked like a pro :)

MONARCH

The last week or so have been amazing around here - the monarch butterflies have been covering the trees out in the pasture. They must like all the prairie flowers!! I have had a few caterpillar friends this summer.....

this morning we let one go to be with his friends :)

ARNOLDS PARK

We went to Arnolds Park with the Fisher family, Gram & Gramp Harves, & Great Gram Johnson today.

Here we go!!

I rode the carousel about 10 times - ask daddy if he likes going in circles :)

I had a fun afternoon - thank you Gram & Gramp!!!!!!!

We went for a bike ride up at the lakes tonight. We stopped at the park to walk around - that is me in the mirror maze!!! Could the world handle that many Conner's :)

Since Mom & Aunt Kristi didn't have anyone to watch us today - we went on a little outting!!

Luke got to push me all around the Three Sons.....

We got to go to Godfathers.......

We threw rocks in the lake....

Got our feet wet......

CO - DAY 3 HORSE RIDE

After hiking we got to go horseback riding!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved it :)

Dad & I rode together. Our horses name was Bam Bam...

That is Mom - her horses name was Curley.

What a fun day!!!!!

After horseback riding we started down the mountains - so we could get a few hours down the road. We got to see some Big Horn Sheep on the drive - can you find them?

There is Joe - heading home. It was a fun trip :)

We only hiked a little over 2 miles today...

I got to use my walking stick again :)

Having a snack - the water was so clear we could see the fish swimming around!!!

We stopped to check out some waterfalls....

& we even got to see quite a few elk :)
